Sensitivity-enhanced RNA LabChip® Sampling Buffer (SN-RLSB)
Sensitivity-enhanced RNA LabChip® Sampling Buffer(SN-RLSB) was developed to be used on Agilent 2100 Bioanalyser, to provide the enhanced sensitivity for RNA 6000 Nano Kit, it can achieve 40 to 150-fold increase in sensitivity depending on the nature of your samples, it allows you to boost the detection limit of RNA 6000 Nano Kit for total RNA down to 20pg/µl, even lower than RNA 6000 Pico Kit’s detection limit (200pg/µl). Most importantly, all you need to do is to just replace the RNA 6000 Nano Marker with this Sampling Buffer, detection of total RNA down to 20pg on Nano chip can be easily achieved.
