Protein Capillary Electrophoresis Kit (HPPC-01)
The HyPerformance Protein Capillary Electrophoresis Kit contains
pretreated capillaries & HyCoating Solution, the kit allows
you to develop high performance separation method for a broad spectrum
of proteins. The use of the HyCoating solution
allows you to apply this very highly sustainable, replaceable coating
method to your capillary protein separation, this proprietary
coating solution greatly minimizes the adsorption of proteins to the
capillary surface and dramatically improves the overall efficiency and
resolution. Features:

HyCoating Solution adopts a dynamic
coating method, it is replaceable and very stable over more than 100
injections.
The coating procedure is to just rinse the pretreated capillary with
this solution, it is very simple, 1ml can last a long time.
The capillaries included in the kit
are being pretreated, they are ready for coating (10 meters of
capillaries of your own choice, with ID of either 25um(PBT1025360), 50um(PBT1050360), 75um(PBT1075360),
100um (PBT1100360) or 200um(PBT1200360)).
A to-do list from you is to just
prepare a running buffer for your application, depending on the
proteins to be separated, we have many receipts available.
Although this kit is designed for
free solution separation, it can also be used in capillary gel
separation.
