to 96 capillaries operating in parallel. The specifications for MegaBACE’s capillaries are a lifetime of up to only 100 - 150 runs. MGCE-RA has been specially formulated to regenerate MegaBACE's capillaries after they are going bad. It has a proprietary formulation designed to re-coat the capillary inner surface to form a highly uniform coating layer to support linear polyacrylamide(LPA) gel matrix. The whole regeneration procedure is simple to follow and easy to fit into the standard sequencing protocol. All you need to do is to use rinse mode to flush your capillaries with this reagent prior to load your LPA gel matrix.MGCE-RA can also be used as a dynamic coating solution for protein capillary electrophoresis separation, the coating demonstrates good uniformity and high reproducibility.
