RNA Spin Column Regeneration Kit (BT100-009C2)

The kit provides a simple procedure to regenerate the RNA spin column used in RNA isolation.  The kit contains enough reagents needed for 250 times regeneration of RNA Mini Spin Columns  (such as RNeasy Mini Spin Columns from Qiagen or NucleoSpin� Mini Spin Columns from  MACHEREY-NAGEL). Regeneration protocol is simple and easy, it includes first regenerating  step and then followed by conditioning and drying steps. After the regeneration, the spin  column can be reused for the RNA isolation or cRNA cleanup.
