BIOTAQ INC ABI Capillary Regeneration Service Order Form Please fill out the following online order form, we will contact you as soon as we received your order. Thanks! Please Note: Before send your capillary to our facility for regeneration, we need you empty the capillary and rinse it with DD water, and tightly seal both ends with DD water. While packing, please make sure both ends are tightly secured! Regeneration services include capillary machine model # 310, 3100, 3130, 3700, 3730, regeneration also applies to your old arrays in your drawers with both ends dried, just put both ends into DD water, and ship them to us. What Is Capillary Regeneration? As the number of injection performed on the capillary increases, the resolution and the signal intensity resulting from this capillary will decline. This is primarily due to the adsorption of proteins to the wall of the fused silica capillary. The regeneration procedure washes the capillaries with regeneration buffer. This cleaves the proteins into smaller fragments, reducing the number of attractive forces per protein molecule, and therefore reducing the force with which each molecule binds to the wall of the capillary. The proteins are then more easily washed away from the capillary walls. This doesn't apply to the capillaries that are irreversibly blocked, these capillaries will not be restored by the regeneration procedures. The turn around time is 2 to 3 business days, one time fee for the 3730 96 capillaries regeneration is only $850....for 3730 48 capillaries, $450, for 3130 16 capillaries, $145, for 3130 4 capillaries, $120, for ABI 310 single capillary, $10….we also can perform regeneration on your old arrays even if they are dried on both ends! We also sell ABI 310 capillary, for 47cm, it is $25 each, and the regenerated 3730 arrays.
